The group is founded by the visionary Dr. K. Varghese who is the current Executive Director and Manager of the Institution. With more than 33 years of experience in the largest construction Department of the Kerala Government, Mr. Samson can contribute a lot to committed quality and design standards.

Mr. Prem Varghese and Mr. Thomas. S. Mathew - both youngsters having engineering backgrounds are part of the Toc-H Royal Builders Group.
